Private use: Exclusive use is only available with a pre-booking. Without a booking, the room remains open to library users, so occasional library users and staff may pass through.

Pricing note: Our room charges are standard and help us maintain this service for the whole community. While we understand that some organisations may have limited budgets, offering the room for long periods free of charge isn’t possible, as it reduces the value of hiring spaces for other local venues and limits our working capacity. Prices may be negotiable for a limited period, but we ask that you respect the value of this space and the services we provide.
